Yoga
Mondays from 4:45 to 5:45 pm: C.P to C.M.2
A very dynamic and playful workshop that invites children to discover the different yoga postures through sequences, sun salutations (surya namaskar) and games. Through the different postures, the child reinforces his knowledge of his body, his balance, his self-confidence but also his memory when he starts to familiarize himself with the name of the postures (or asana) always said in Sanskrit. Moreover, it allows him to become familiar with another culture through Indian mythologies. They also allow the child’s body to become stronger and more flexible. The workshop ends with a time of calm and relaxation.

Essentially based on games and the discovery of one’s own body, this workshop will also allow your child, through an adapted pedagogy: to control his gestures, to release their overflow of energy, to coordinate their movements, to overcome their shyness, to master self-discipline, to blossom while finding form, balance and health, to learn to evolve alone while integrating into a group. Of course, kimono is a must! A medical certificate of aptitude is required.

Chinese course
Thursday or Friday from 16:30 to 17:45: from C.P to C.M.2
Did you know that millions of children are learning Chinese? Now your child can too! Starting in September, we are offering an after-school Chinese programme.
We accept a small group of students to follow this programme, specially developed with renowned sinologist Professor Joël Bellassen.
Our after-school programme:
- Speeds up character learning by breaking characters down into their simplest forms and combining them into words, phrases and short texts.
- Adapts Chinese to children by introducing the language and culture through games, puzzles, cartoons and videos.
- Builds confidence and understanding by immersing children in the natural sounds of Mandarin from the very first lesson.
