A dynamic and playful workshop introducing children to yoga.
Through a variety of postures, children develop body awareness, balance, self-confidence and memory while learning the names of yoga poses (asanas) in Sanskrit.

The workshop also helps strengthen the body and improve flexibility.

For younger children, the workshop offers a first introduction to
